We meet each one of us in our office or the house of Salem al-Badawi in the village of Rum. Here we enjoy drinking Bedouin tea with Salem. We take the time to

Relax and talk about your program for the day. After we finish our drink, we head to the tour with a member of the Salem El Badawi family.

In the morning
We will then start the tour by driving by jeep to this sites

Lunch time

We drive to a nice, quiet and shady place where we take a few hours break. Here we will prepare a traditional Jordanian Food. After we finish our lunch, there is time to take a rest or walk around to explore the area on your own.

In the after noon

We start the afternoon with a beautiful drive to the:

– Mushroom Rock.
– Um Fruth rock bridge.
– Abu Khashaba canyon.
– Bridge of Burdah
– Um Sabatah
– Overnight stay ”sleeping in our Bedouin Camp”

We end our day tour you will stay overnight in our tends, where you can experience our traditional Bedouin dinner, talk about Bedouin culture and music, or you can gaze into the starry night sky and enjoy the peaceful silence of the desert

2 Day hiking and scrambling Jabal Um ad Dami

In the morning

You can wake up to the rising sun and you will have your breakfast for you. Afterwards, we break camp and drive through the beautiful desert to Jabal Um ad Dami. We hike up to the summit of Jabal Um Ad Dami. At 1,854 meters above sea level, it is the highest mountain in Jordan. Spending time on the mountain gives us the opportunity to see the mountain’s rich wildlife; foxes, rabbits and gazelles are all spotted here frequently. On a clear day the views from the summit are spectacular with the desert of Wadi Rum stretching before you to the south. To the north, you can see the Saudi Arabian desert, and to the east the Red Sea’s blue waters. After taking our time to enjoy the views we descend back to the jeep.

Midday

We drive to another nice, quiet and shady place where we take a few hours break. We prepare a Bedouin meal for you. After we finish our lunch, there is time to take a rest or walk around to explore the area on your own.

In the after noon

In the afternoon you go on another jeep tour to visit some more of the areas’ most beautiful places or you can request a camel tour (not included in the price). Please let us know your preference in advance.
Late in the afternoon, we head back to Rum village. We arrive here around 3 PM. From here you can continue your journey.
